| Rosemary chicken with honey and soy |

Ingredients (4 people): • 1 or 4 large chicken breasts • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary • 4 Tbsp. soy sauce • 4 Tbsp. honey • 6 cloves garlic, minced • 2 Tbsp. oil • 1 / 4 cup chicken broth • Aluminum foil 20 min. Cooking: 40 min. Preparation • Marinate the chicken with crushed garlic, soy sauce and honey for about two hours. Drain the chicken in the seasoning which has been marinated. • Brown each piece into a pot with a little oil. • Place the browned chicken pieces in a baking dish. Add the marinade seasoning (honey, soy sauce and sprigs of rosemary). Cover with foil. • Cook for thirty minutes. You can add half a cup of chicken broth or half a cup of wine if it is drying. • Companion: Brown rice. |
