| Chicken with Pineapple |

Ingredients (4 people): * 1 can of pineapple in syrup, chopped into small pieces * 6 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bits * 2 red and 2 green peppers chopped * 2 onions chopped * 1 package of chopped chives * 6 cloves garlic, minced * 6 tbsp. soy sauce * 4 tbsp. pineapple jam * 4 tbsp. oil
Preparation Chop boneless chicken breasts in medium size pieces and seasoned with crushed garlic and a little soy sauce. Chop the vegetables into chunks. In a saucepan or wok fry in oil, and by parts, pieces of chicken, and go away. Then fry the onions, scallions, and red and green peppers. Join the chicken, vegetables and pineapple chunks, and season with three tablespoons of soy sauce, four tablespoons pineapple jam and syrup from canned pineapple. Serve with white rice, which are added four tablespoons of chopped peanuts and a cup of raisins. For two cups of prepared rice in four cups of water.
